在党提出的西医学习中医的精神指导下,我们在临床中,采取了中西药结合的方法,对儿童脑炎进行了治疗上观察,获得显著疗效。我们观察脑炎的年龄都在2周岁以下6个月以上的儿童。就诊时间最早的为2天,最晚为3—5天。一般均为高热,最高体温达到41.0℃,恶心呕吐,惊厥,呼吸不匀。有的角弓反张现象明显有的不明显。颈肌强直为最多。脑脊髓液检验为阳性。血象检查,白血球总数都在24,000毫米以上,中性均增高。我们对脑炎采取的治疗是中西药结合,经临床观察治疗效果较好,治癒率也较高。
