我院第四届勘察测量会议于九月廿二日至九月卅日在北京召开，出席会议的有各省、市、自治区、院属各分院、部属城市设计院以及中央各有关勘察测量部门等100多个单位的252名代表。会议研究并分析了社会主义工农业大跃进的形势对勘测工作提出的繁要任务，确定了勘测工作赶上去、跑在前、力争上游的工作方针以及如何在较短的时期内改变勘测工作与建设形
