Mouser Electronics开始供应Vishay Siliconix第一款采用业界最小的晶片级封装,并将导通电阻降至1.2 V的MOSFET。Vishay Siliconix的Si8802 TrenchFet功率MOSFET是第一款采用最小的0.8 mm×0.8 mm晶片级封装,亦即Vishay的MICRO FOOT,将导通电阻降至1.2 V的N通道元件。8V N通道Si8802的安装面积比第二小的晶片级元件还要小36%,而且提供相等甚至更低的导通电阻。
Mouser Electronics Launches Vishay Siliconix’s First MOSFET with Industry’s Least Wafer-Level Package and Reduces On-Resistance to 1.2 V Vishay Siliconix’s Si8802 TrenchFet Power MOSFETs are the first N-channel devices to feature a minimum 0.8 mm × 0.8 mm wafer-scale package, Vishay’s MICRO FOOT, which reduces on-resistance to 1.2 V. The 8V N-channel Si8802 has 36% smaller mounting area than the second smallest wafer-level device and offers equal or lower on-resistance.
