我国社会成员收入分配,长期存在的主要问题是平均主义,这严重地阻碍了社会生产力的发展。党的十一届三中会全之后,进行拨乱反正,强调按劳分配,允许一部分人通过诚实劳动和合法经营先富起来,带动更多的人劳动致富。这对克服平均主义,调动广大人民群众的积极性,促进生产发展,起了重大的作用。然而,近几年又出现了收入分配不公,部分人员收入过高,与一般职工差距悬殊的问题。这已经引起了群众的不满和社会各方面的普遍关注。我们一方面要继续克服仍旧存在的分配中的平均主义,同时又必须采取有效措施,认真地解决分配不公问题。
The main problem that has long been the distribution of income among members of our society is egalitarianism, which seriously hindered the development of social productive forces. After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party is established, it will carry out order disarrangement and rectification, emphasize distribution according to work, and allow some people to get rich first through honest work and lawful operation and drive more people to work and get rich. This has played a significant role in overcoming egalitarianism, arousing the enthusiasm of the broad masses of the people and promoting the development of production. However, in recent years there has been another problem of unfair distribution of income, excessively high income for some staff members and disproportionate disparity with other workers. This has aroused public dissatisfaction and widespread concern in all sectors of society. On the one hand, we must continue to overcome egalitarianism in the existing distribution while at the same time we must take effective measures to seriously address the issue of unfair distribution.
