今天,我们在这里召开全国低质量船舶专项治理(船厂治理)工作会议。会议的主要任务是落实四部委关于进一步深化全国低质量船舶专项治理工作的通知要求,总结前一阶段对非法违规造船厂(点)的治理情况,研究部署下一阶段船厂治理的各项工作。下面我讲四个问题。一、基本情况国防科工委对这次全国低质量船舶专项治理活动高度重视,云川主任、广钦副主任、壮龙副主任、亚枫副秘书长都对活动的开展作了重要批示。活动一开始,广钦副主任就强调指出:“各地区、各部门一定要贯彻这次专项治理的工作部署,强化责任,主管领导亲自动手,认真谋划,具体推动,按照四部委的通知要求,大力协同,共同努力,圆满完成这次专项治理任务”;活动进入关键时期,壮龙副主任明确指示:“各地船船工业行
Today, we hold a working conference on special ships of low quality for ship management (shipyard management) here.
