现如今,在水利水电工程施工管理中,一般采用粗放式管理模式,而这与现代管理方法有一定的差距,工作人员一般根据自身工作经验进行管理,缺乏科学性和经济型,而将价值工程应用于水利水电工程施工管理中,能够有效提高项目管理效率。对此,本文首先对水利水电工程施工项目管理的特点进行了介绍,然后对价值工程进行了分析,并对价值工程在水利水电工程施工项目管理中的应用方法进行了详细阐述。
