我国是玉米种植大国,由于传统的玉米品种以平展型为主,导致玉米的单位产量不高,随着紧凑型玉米杂交种子的出现,使我国玉米产量上升了一个新台阶。为了实现玉米高产的新突破,选用品种品质优良的杂交玉米种子成为了关键,加强种子的监测力度就是选取优质种子的重要途径。基于此,从当前玉米杂交的质量现状出发,指出种子质量存在的一些问题,介绍几种目前较为先进的玉米杂交种子质量检测技术。
China is a big corn planting country. Due to the fact that the traditional corn varieties are mainly flat type, the unit yield of corn is not high. With the emergence of the compact corn hybrid seeds, the yield of corn in China has risen to a new level. In order to achieve a new breakthrough in high-yielding corn, the selection of hybrid corn seeds of good quality has become the key to strengthen the monitoring of seeds is an important way to select high-quality seeds. Based on this, starting from the current status of quality of maize hybrids, some problems existing in the quality of the seeds were pointed out. Several currently advanced techniques for testing the quality of maize hybrid seeds were introduced.
