为加强《药品经营许可证》的监督管理,根据《中华人民共和国药品管理法》和《中华人民共和国行政许可法》的有关规定,北京市崇尚德医疗器械有限公司已依法主动提出注销《药品经营许可证》。经审查,该企业《药品经营许可证》符合注销条件,同意注销。北京通州医药公司等10家企业《药品经营许可证》有效期届满未换发许可证,依照《药品经营许可证管理办法》第二十六条规定,予以注销。
