自2009年我国公布了《关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》以来,随着改革的不断进推行,我国公立医院进入一个关键时期,面临新医改带来的影响,医院原有的内部控制难以适应现有的新环境,公立医院的内部控制亟需根据环境的变化进一步完善。B医院作为安徽医改试点公立医院之一,在医改实行后也有了新变化,本文将以B医院为研究主体,具体分析医改试点对A医院产生的影响并在已有的内控研究基础上提出一些完善措施。
