社区是一定生活空间的居民所形成的以区域为纽带的社会共同体。社区党建是党的基层组织建设的重要组成部分。加强党的建设,是实现历史性任务的根本保证。随着改革开放的推进和社会主义市场经济的发展,我国的社会结构形成逐渐从单位制结构向社区制结构转化。作为基层党组织,如何实事求是,与时俱进的积极开展社区党建工作,对于实现全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标,推进中国社会主义事,具有重要的意义和深远的影响。一、目前社区党建工作中出现的一些新情况、新问题
Community is a social community formed by inhabitants of a certain living space and linked by region. Community party building is an important part of the party’s grassroots organizations. Strengthening Party building is the fundamental guarantee for the historic task. With the promotion of reform and opening up and the development of socialist market economy, the formation of social structure in our country gradually transforms from the unit system structure to the community system structure. As a grass-roots party organization, seeking truth from facts and advancing with the times to actively carry out the work of party building in the community have an important and far-reaching impact on realizing the grand goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects and promoting China’s socialism. I. Some New Situations and Problems Emerged in Party Construction in the Community at Present
