慢性单纯性青光眼为临床常见的眼病,而连续三代遗传,在三代成员19人中有13人患病,殊为少见。本文报告先诊者朱××,女性28岁,因虹视经检查后诊断为双眼慢性单纯性青光眼(开角型),行双眼巩膜下小梁咬切术。家系调查,家族中患者外祖母,两个大姨母及患者母亲均患青光眼而失明。患者姨表兄弟姐妹15人中有9人患青光眼,均先后行手术治疗。从临床所见;①患者家系特点:本病系从外祖母遗传而
