2000年3月19日,笔者在四川南溪县女子监狱见到因贪污公款60万元而被判处有期徒刑14年的张红(化名)。她大学文化,24岁就担任了宜宾市城区供电局财务科长,本来有着美好的锦绣前程。可是,她为了包装爱情满足虚荣心,实现让丈夫生活幸福的承诺,便利用手中的职权贪污巨款,最终陷入囹圄,淹没了美好人生。今天,当她回首犯罪的经过,追溯毁灭前程的原因,剖析贪污公款的罪孽时,流下了痛悔的泪水……
On March 19, 2000, I saw Zhang Hong (pseudonym), who was sentenced to 14 years in prison for embezzling public funds of 600,000 yuan at Nanxi County Women Prison in Sichuan Province. Her university culture, 24-year-old served as chief of Yibin City Power Supply Bureau, had a beautiful bright future. However, in order to package her love vanity to achieve her husband’s promise of happy life, they use their power to embezzle the huge sums, eventually into shame, submerged a better life. Today, when she looks back at the passing of a crime, traced the reasons for destroying her future and dissecting the iniquity of embezzling public funds, she shed tears of regret.
