国外进口的薄板高压水除鳞机用柱塞在使用过程中受到严重磨损后,需对其表面进行修复以继续使用。本研究采用激光熔覆技术对表面进行修复,利用光学显微分析和扫描电子显微分析方法,对熔敷层、结合层和基体进行显微组织观察及分析,并测定了不同区域的显微硬度。结果表明:国外试样基体由铁素体和奥氏体双相组织组成,基体上激光熔覆Ni25+Ni60粉末后,Ni25层晶粒生长有明显的方向性,Ni60层晶粒的方向性不强,熔覆层组织为卵状先析出相和大量的共晶体,显微硬度的峰值约为600HV。

After laser cladding Ni25 + Ni60 powder on the substrate, the grain growth of Ni25 layer has obvious directionality and the grain orientation of Ni60 layer is not directional Strong, the coating structure of the first egg-like precipitates and a large number of eutectic, micro-hardness peak is about 600HV.
