目的探讨60妊娠合并糖尿病临床疗效。方法抽取2011年1月至2012年12月在我院进行妊娠合并糖尿患者60例作为研究组;随机抽取非妊娠合并糖尿患者60例作为对照组,两组给予临床疗效治疗。结果研究组巨大儿5例,高胆红素血症10例,新生儿窒息8例,对照组巨大儿12例,新生儿窒息10例,高胆红素血症15例。结论对妊娠合并糖尿患者进行及早干预治疗,有助于提高妊娠质量,降低并发症例数。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of 60 gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods Sixty patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were selected as the research group. Sixty non-pregnant patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly selected as the control group. Two groups were given clinical curative effect. Results In the research group, there were 5 cases of macrosomia, 10 cases of hyperbilirubinemia, 8 cases of neonatal asphyxia, 12 cases of macrosomia in control group, 10 cases of neonatal asphyxia and 15 cases of hyperbilirubinemia. Conclusion Early intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus helps to improve pregnancy quality and reduce the number of complications.
