《3~6岁幼儿教育指南》中指出:“为有效促进幼儿身心健康发展,成人应为幼儿提供合理均衡的营养,保证充足的睡眠和适宜的锻炼,满足幼儿生长发育的需要。”幼儿园晨间体育锻炼是指幼儿入园后至早操前,利用幼儿园提供的场地、设备以及老师按运动目标设计与准备的器械、器具等材料开展的体育锻炼活动。在这里,我着重从大班幼儿年龄特点出发,谈谈教师应该如何合理利用场地、优化投放的体育锻炼材料等,在每天一小时晨锻时间内确保幼儿达到最佳的锻炼价值,最终促进幼儿体能真正发展的实践活动。
