当前世界经济进入互联网时代,随着智能移动设备的普及,各种大小企业都把互联网市场作为主攻,而对软件用户界面的创新设计能极大的吸引消费者。当前欧美等发达国家对软件用户界面的保护进行了一些探索,形成了一些可行的经验。目前国际上对用户界面的保护主要采用著作权和专利权这两种模式。我国可以借鉴其他国家的经验。
As the current world economy enters the Internet era, with the popularization of smart mobile devices, all sizes of enterprises regard the Internet market as the mainstay, and the innovative design of the software user interface can greatly attract consumers. At present, the developed countries in Europe and the United States have made some explorations on the software user interface protection and formed some feasible experiences. At present, the protection of the user interface mainly adopts the two modes of copyright and patent right. My country can learn from the experience of other countries.
