As an important part of financial management in colleges and universities, budget management has drawn more and more attention. Its management has a direct impact on the financial status of colleges and universities and its ability of sustainable development. How to do a good budget management and improve the efficiency of the use of funds is a common concern of colleges and universities. The article analyzes the existing problems and causes of budget management in colleges and universities, and puts forward some solutions to how to strengthen budget management.
