随着现代矿用汽车行业的发展趋势于大型化、轻量化、高参数化。在作业过程中卡车各部件受到载重、行驶路况和工作环境的限制,长期处于疲劳状态导致卡车大型结构件频繁开裂。目前先服役于神华北电胜利能源有限公司内的830E系列卡车在采剥运行过程中,部分卡车主梁(以焊接主发动机支架处大梁为例)出现严重开裂现象,经过对开裂原因的详细分析,制定了针对卡车大梁有效的焊接修复方法,详细地叙述了焊接修复的具体工艺措施及步骤。本焊接方法可以为日常矿用设备的出动率打下了良好的基础。并为再次焊接类似故障大型设备提供了有力的参考资料。
With the development trend of modern mining industry in the large-scale, lightweight, high parameterization. At present, 830E series trucks serving in Shenghua BeiDian Shengli Energy Co., Ltd have serious cracking phenomenon in the main beam of the truck (taking the girder of the welding main engine bracket as an example) in the process of shearing and stripping. After a detailed analysis of the cause of cracking , Developed an effective welding repair method for the truck girder, described in detail the specific welding process measures and steps. This welding method can lay a good foundation for the daily mining equipment out rate. And provide a powerful reference for re-welding similar large-scale equipment failure.
