在大片充斥着银幕、商业高速发展的当下,导演西维亚.乔迈的作品呈现出另类的表述。笔者认为,全球化给人们带来的不适在乔迈的几部动画电影中充分放大,他的作品风格是忧伤的,这忧伤深陷于都市消费的泥潭,剥削、病态、流离,均是消费景观中的一种身份呈现。因此,在上述语境中,导演尝试着寻找一种平衡,寻回现代人渐渐忽视的传统文化与渐渐消褪的人文理念。
