基于热点应力法对转向架构架加强筋板的焊接处进行疲劳强度分析,通过建立疲劳热点位置结构的有限元模型,采用最有可能发生疲劳破坏部位处的应力幅值作为疲劳评定依据,采取不同的工艺设计方案,选取最有可能发生破坏的热点位置进行分析,其分析方法对运用热点应力法进行转向架结构的疲劳强度分析具有一定的参考价值。
Based on the hot spot stress method, the fatigue strength of the welding place of the bogie plate of the bogie frame was analyzed. By setting up the finite element model of the location of the fatigue hot spot and using the stress amplitude at the site most likely to occur fatigue damage as the basis for fatigue assessment, , The hot spot location which is most likely to be destroyed is selected for analysis. The analysis method is of certain reference value for the fatigue strength analysis of the bogie structure by the hot spot stress method.
