目的:评价中西医结合康复治疗对地震骨折伤员日常生活活动能力(ADL)缺陷的干预作用。方法:通过整理病历资料,填写日常生活能力(ADL)问卷,对111例经过我院取内固定术后并接受中西医结合康复治疗的“5.12”地震骨折伤员治疗前后的日常生活活动能力(ADL)进行分析。结果:治疗后地震骨折伤员的日常生活活动能力除控制大便外,均有明显提高(P<0.05),ADL能力缺陷程度大大降低(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合康复治疗可有效提高地震骨折伤员ADL能力,降低致残率。
Objective: To evaluate the intervention effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the defects of daily living activity (ADL) in earthquake fracture casualties. Methods: By arranging the medical record data and filling in ADL Questionnaire, the daily living activities of 111 injured fracture patients of “5.12” earthquake after internal fixation and combined traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation were retrospectively analyzed (ADL) for analysis. Results: Except the control of stool, the activities of daily living in earthquake fracture injured patients were significantly increased (P <0.05), and the degree of ADL abilities decreased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation treatment can effectively improve the ADL capacity of earthquake fracture patients and reduce the morbidity.
