当发生单相接地短路故障时,双馈感应发电机(DFIG)的暂态特性与普通的异步发电机有着较大区别.因此基于DFIG的暂态模型,采用对称分量法得到含撬棒电阻的正、负序等值电路,进而分析单相接地故障下,DFIG短路电流的瞬时值、最大值以及周期分量有效值的计算公式.最后对比PSCAD/EMTDC软件中的仿真结果,验证该文所推导出的单相接地故障下DFIG短路电流计算公式的准确性.“,”When the single-phase to ground fault occurs,the transient characteristics of the doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) are different from the common asynchronous generator.Therefore,in this paper,the positive and negative sequence equivalent circuit of DFIG with crowbar resistance was estimated by using the symmetrical component method on the basis of the DFIG transient model.Then the instantaneous maximum value and the effective value of the periodic component of DFIG short-circuit current were analyzed.Finally,the accuracy of the calculation formula of the DFIG single phase grounding fault proposed was verified in comparison with the simulation results of PSCAD/EMTDC.
