本文以光伏发电技术及应用专业“定单式”培养模式为例,分析了“订单式”人才培养的意义,提出“定单式培养”是光伏专业人才培养的最佳途径,就“定单式培养”进行了探讨。
In this paper, taking photovoltaic (PV) power generation technology and its “professional training” as an example, this paper analyzes the significance of “order-type” talent training and puts forward that “order training” is the best way to cultivate professionals. On “Order Training ” were discussed.
