在航天产品上,整机系统断路失效的原因主要有三种:(1)电子元器件外线断裂;(2)疲劳断裂;(3)焊接不良。本文仅对焊接不良问题做初步分析。
In aerospace products, there are three main reasons for failure of the whole system circuit breaking: (1) outside the electronic components broken; (2) fatigue fracture; (3) poor welding. This article is only a preliminary analysis of poor welding problems.
