中国自改革开放以来,一直保持着高速的经济增长。这使得全世界的经济学者对中国经济增长的源泉和绩效的研究一直没有停止过。本文利用索洛提出的新古典经济增长模型对经济增长率进行分解,在C—D生产函数的基础上估计中国广义技术进步率(全要素生产率),发现我国的经济增长满足规模报酬不变的假设,并且主要是依靠资本、劳动的投入增长实现的。因此在以后的发展中,中国应该更加注重对引进技术的吸收和改良、加大研发投入以及大力培养高科技人才。只有这样,才能使我国的经济呈快速、高效的发展。
Since the reform and opening up, China has maintained its rapid economic growth. This has led economists all over the world to study the source and performance of China’s economic growth for a long time. In this paper, we use Solow’s neoclassical economic growth model to decompose the economic growth rate. Based on the C-D production function, we estimate China’s generalized technological progress rate (TFP) and find that our country’s economic growth satisfies the same scale returns Hypothesis, and mainly rely on capital, labor investment growth achieved. Therefore, in the future development, China should pay more attention to the absorption and improvement of imported technologies, increase investment in R & D and vigorously train high-tech personnel. Only in this way can our economy be developed rapidly and efficiently.
