The flow of grassroots cadres refers to the phenomenon that grassroots cadres leave the original post due to job promotion, post adjustment, demobilization, training and other reasons. Recently, we reviewed and analyzed the post adjustment of grass-roots cadres in the past three years through visits to the forums, the centralization of questionnaires, individual talks and access to information. Overall, with the constant emphasis on grassroots work and basic work in grassroots units at various levels in recent years, the working and living conditions of grassroots cadres have been improving day by day.
