碳氧比能谱测井记录了很多信息 ,在生产中仅用了 FCC、C/ O、Si/ Ca等几条计数率比值曲线 ,信息量浪费很大。为了进一步利用碳氧比测井所包含的信息 ,对俘获钙计数率曲线 CAC、非弹性钙计数率曲线 IAC、地层相关曲线 FCC及总俘获与总非弹性之比 CIM1、俘获与非弹性 (3.2~ 6 .6 Me V)之比 CIM2等进行了研究。采用了 FCC与 CIM、AC与CAC、C/ O与 Si/ Ca等 3组重叠方法判别油、气、水层 ,取得了明显的效果。
C / O logging recorded a lot of information, and only used several count rate ratios such as FCC, C / O and Si / Ca in production, and the amount of information wasted a lot. In order to make further use of the information contained in the C / O log, the CAC trapping rate curve CAC, the inelastic calcium count rate curve IAC, the stratum correlation curve FCC and the ratio of total trapping to total inelastic CIM1, trapping and inelastic (3.2 ~ 6 .6 Me V) ratio of CIM2 were studied. Three overlapping methods of FCC, CIM, AC and CAC, C / O and Si / Ca were used to discriminate the oil, gas and water layers and achieved remarkable results.
