众所周知,德国“双元制”是迄今为止最成功的职业教育模式之一,这当然与德国的历史上重视技术,学徒制的发展有很大的关系。但是笔者认为最重要的还是德国有一系列完善的法律保障措施来巩固。这就与我们国家制定的有关职业教育法律法规产生了鲜明的对比,尤其是法律在规定企业行为上。由此我国面临着修订职业教育法的迫切需要。
As we all know, the German “dual system” is by far the most successful mode of vocational education. This, of course, has a great bearing on Germany’s historical emphasis on the development of technology and apprenticeship. However, I think the most important thing is that Germany has a series of sound legal safeguards to consolidate it. This is in sharp contrast with the laws and regulations on vocational education enacted by our country, especially when the law provides for the conduct of enterprises. As a result, our country faces the urgent need to amend the law on vocational education.
