随着人们物质生活水平的提高,对精神文化的需求日益增加,进而对图书馆资源共享的要求愈加强烈,但是现实情况却阻碍了这种需求的实现,以公共信息为例,长期以来,地区、部门、行业等对其进行封锁和垄断,资源共享很难实现。这些现实问题不利于信息资源的整体效益和规模效益,更加重要的是,信息共享存在的问题将直接影响信息资源对经济和社会的效益。笔者在研究图书馆资源共享现状、分析市场机制优势的基础上,提出了建设图书馆资源共享的新模式。
With the improvement of people’s material life level, the demand for spiritual culture is increasing day by day, and thus the demand for library resource sharing is more and more intense. However, the reality has hindered the realization of this demand. Taking public information as an example, for a long time, , Departments and industries to block and monopolize them, and sharing resources is hard to come by. These realistic problems are not conducive to the overall effectiveness of information resources and economies of scale, more importantly, the problems of information sharing will directly affect the economic and social benefits of information resources. On the basis of studying the status quo of library resource sharing and analyzing the advantages of market mechanism, the author puts forward a new mode of building library resource sharing.
