近来给一家民营企业做集团培训体系建立的项目,对社会培训和企业培训也思考了一些东西。社会培训解决的是为社会需求人群培训的问题,企业培训解决的是为特定企业人群培训的问题,因为定位的不同,导致二者的培训特点也各不相同。社会培训指社会培训组织机构针对社会需求人群组织的培训,它对人才的培养以传授知识体系、培养个人能力为主。
