目的观察双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法将收治的98例黄疸患儿随机分为对照组(48例)和治疗组(50例)两组,对照组给予常规治疗即采用输液、白蛋白静点,重者给予蓝光治疗;治疗组在常规治疗方法基础上加服双歧杆菌四联活菌片,0.5 g/次,用温开水或奶调服,3次/d,连续服用7 d。分别于给药1 d、3 d、7 d后测定两组患儿血清胆红素的浓度变化,记录结果并进行统计学分析。结果治疗组1 d、3 d、7 d的血清胆红素浓度分别为(226.5±15.7)μmol/L,(110.2±11.9)μmol/L,(29.8±4.4)μmol/L,其中3 d和7 d的血清胆红素的浓度明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗新生儿黄疸安全有效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of live Bifidobacterium quadriceps plate in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods 98 cases of children with jaundice were randomly divided into control group (48 cases) and treatment group (50 cases). The control group received routine infusion of infusion and albumin, and the patients with severe jaundice were treated with blue light. Conclusion Bifidobacterium quadruple live bacteria tablets for the treatment of neonatal jaundice safe and effective.
