美育主要解决美的问题,体育主要解决健的问题,美与健关系密切,离开了健去谈美是不可思议的,而没有美,健也会失去光彩。只有体育与美育相结合才能培养健美一体的人。高职体育教师应运用恰当的方式将美育渗透到高职体育教学的各个环节当中去,以培养全面发展的健美人才。
Aesthetic education mainly solves the problem of beauty. Sports mainly solve the problem of health. There is close relationship between beauty and health. It is inconceivable that health and beauty can be talked about without beauty. Without health, health also loses its glory. Only physical and aesthetic education can be combined to build bodybuilding. The higher vocational PE teachers should use the appropriate way to infiltrate the aesthetic education into all aspects of the PE teaching in higher vocational education in order to cultivate the all-round development of the bodybuilding talents.
