(一) 1988年4月27日,《新疆日报》第一版刊登评述性消息《我区引进项目效益差的问题急需改变》,配发评论员文章《必须加强舆论监督》:同时刊登区党委书记宋汉良赞扬新疆电视台一条批评消息的报道《党委要支持舆论监督》和区党委副书记赞扬本报一条批评消息的表态。这个要闻版受到了读者的称赞,这也是《新疆日报》第一次明确提出新闻媒介要实行舆论监督。我们提出舆论监督这个问题,经过了一个总结
