在分析煤矿高浓度充填材料的基础上,通过掺入粉煤灰、矿粉和煅烧高岭土等矿物掺合料,研究石膏基充填材料的力学性能、耐水性能和收缩性能。试验结果表明,粉煤灰、矿粉和煅烧高岭土等矿物掺合料均能提高石膏基充填材料的强度和耐水强度,在矿粉为30%时,石膏基充填材料具有最高的28 d强度和耐水强度,为12.43 MPa和9.41 MPa。
Based on the analysis of high concentration of filling materials in coal mines, the mechanical properties, water resistance and shrinkage properties of gypsum based filling materials were studied by incorporating mineral admixtures such as fly ash, mineral powder and calcined kaolin. The results show that the mineral admixtures such as fly ash, mineral powder and calcined kaolin can increase the strength and water-resistant strength of gypsum-based filling materials. The gypsum-based filling materials have the highest 28 d strength and 30% Water resistance is 12.43 MPa and 9.41 MPa.
