目的探讨基层教练员完美主义倾向及其与职业倦怠的关系。方法采用完美主义问卷和职业倦怠量表对90名基层教练员进行调查。结果陕西基层教练员的完美主义和职业倦怠均处于中等偏上水平?2.93±0.47;3.16±0.48,最高分均为5分?;除了与工作怠慢相关不显著外,完美主义倾向与职业倦怠及其其他各因子均呈显著相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05?;回归分析结果表明,担心出错对基层教练员职业倦怠有显著的正向预测作用,可以解释其职业倦怠变异量的6.3%。结论基层教练员完美主义与职业倦怠有显著正相关,降低教练员对自我的完美主义要求,有利于预防和缓解基层教练员的职业倦怠。
Objective To explore the perfectionism tendency of grassroots coaches and their relationship with job burnout. Methods 90 grassroots coaches were investigated by perfectionism questionnaire and burnout scale. Results The perfectionism and burnout of grassroots coaches in China were both at the upper middle level (2.93 ± 0.47; 3.16 ± 0.48, the highest score was 5). Except for the insignificance related to work neglect, perfectionism and job burnout The other factors were significantly correlated (P <0.05). The results of regression analysis showed that there was a significant positive predictive effect on the occupational burnout of grassroots coaches at the risk of being concerned, which explained that the variation of occupational burnout was 6.3 % Conclusion The perfectionism of grassroots coaches and job burnout have a significant positive correlation, reduce coaches’ self-perfectionism requirements, and help to prevent and alleviate the burnout of grassroots coaches.
