通乡公路基础设施建设对农村的经济发展影响较大,施工过程的质量监控对其又起着至关重要的作用。用传统的质量控制图来对其进行质量监控存在许多不便和弊端,因此,本文应用主成分分析法对传统的质量控制图进行了改进整合,得到综合控制图,进而用所得改进的综合控制图对通乡公路的工程质量进行监控。其结果表明改进的综合控制图不仅结合了传统控制图的优点,而且避免了应用多张传统控制图进行监控的不便,同时提升了警报的准确率,进而降低了因虚假警报所带来的损失。
