本文总结眼囊尾蚴52例（53眼）。男34例，女18例，平均年龄34岁，发病时间平均3．6月，以农民多见。左右眼发病率一致。就诊时主要症状为视力下降，部分病例伴有皮下结节及脑囊尾蚴病。视力低于0．1者占68％，囊尾蚴位于玻璃体内33眼，视网膜下19眼，眼眶内1眼。眼部表现为玻璃体混浊、葡萄膜炎、白内障、眼内炎、视网膜脱离、视网膜干性裂孔。手术48眼，玻璃体囊尾蚴分别采用平坦部切开吸出及玻璃体切除联合平坦部切开吸出，视网膜下囊尾蚴采用囊尾蚴位切开取出，3种方法成功取出囊尾蚴45眼，总取出率93．6％，术后视力增加或不变者占56．5％。本文讨论了囊尾蚴病的发病情况、临床表现及视力下降原因等。

Ocular manifestations of vitreous opacity, uveitis, cataracts, endophthalmitis, retinal detachment, retinal dry holes. 48 cases of surgery, Cysticercus cellulosae were cut and flat with flat suction and vitrectomy combined flat open suction, Cysticercus cellulosae retinal cysticercosis cut out, 3 methods to remove cysticercosis in 45 cases, the total removal rate of 93 .6%, postoperative visual acuity increased or unchanged accounted for 56.5%.
