采用氢化物原子荧光光度法测定乳粉中的硒含量。样品经ＴＣ－Ⅱ型快速消化器用硝酸高氯酸混合酸消化后，直接上机测定，取得了较满意的结果。本方法具有操作简单、分析速度快、灵敏度高的特点。其最低检出限为０．５０ｎｇ／ｍｌ，回收率为９０．２０％～１０７．５％，线性范围为１．０～２５０．０ｎｇ／ｍｌ，相关系数≥０．９９９７。
Determination of Selenium in Milk Powder by Hydride Generation Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry. The sample was digested with nitric acid perchloric acid mixed with TC-Ⅱ rapid digester and then directly measured on the machine. The satisfactory results were obtained. The method has the advantages of simple operation, fast analysis and high sensitivity. The detection limit was 0.50ng / ml, the recovery was 90.20% ~ 107.5%, the linear range was 1.0 ~ 250.0ng / ml, the correlation coefficient ≥0.9997.
