胜利油田油建一部经近三年的技术改造,已经把卷板拆剪作业形成流水线。该作业线,包括20吨龙门吊、卷板拆卷机、平板机、园盘剪、引料机、剪板机、滚板机和自动焊设备。这条线投产后,效果显著。过去每放一卷板(小卷板)用半小时左右,现在只用15分钟左右,既省人工,质量又好。特别是在开完一卷接下一卷的接头对接中,过去须用7名铆工,一名电焊工,干1小时,现在仅用一名铆工,一名电焊工,10～15分钟内就可完
After nearly three years of technical renovation, Shengli Oilfield has built an assembly line for the demolition and shearing of coils.
