Peoples Liberation Army of China began with the Army. In history, the Chinese Army has created splendid achievements. Nowadays, the Army is still the main body and cerstone of Chinese military. The development level of the Army directly determines Chinas national defense capability and the level of military modization. Since the army was founded 90 years ago, it has made remarkable achievements in many aspects such as organizational and equipment construction, personnel training, and logistics support. From revolutionizing with two kitchen knives in the early stage of the armys foundation, to equipping millet plus rifles during the Anti-Japanese War period, then to overall equipment depending on confiscation in the early years of the Peoples Republic of Chinas establishment, and finally until today, realizing independent innovation of equipment, the Chinese Army has gone through a long way of development and achieved remarkable success in construction. Since the Partys 18th National Congress, the construction of army equipment has stepped into a rapid development stage.
