宝钢的集体经济起步较晚,从1981年宝钢综合服务公司起步至今仅十一年历史,而形成规模经济的时间则更短,是从1986年9月宝钢体制改革成立企业开发总公司后开始的。几年来,在宝钢总厂的扶持下,总公司四千多集体职工以改革为动力,艰苦奋斗,建设起了门类齐全,具有一定综合利用和生产加工能力的集体经济,去年销售收入达到2.1亿元,实现利税5377万元,全员劳动生产率达到4.02万元/人年,人均年创利1万元。集体经济已成为宝钢现代化大生产中不可缺少的一个组成部分。
The collective economy of Baosteel started relatively late. The per capita annual profit was RMB 10,000. The collective economy has become an indispensable part of Baosteel’s modern production.
