通过对母体血象和脐血成分的观察，证明脐血成分不受母体贫血的影响。无论正常母体还是轻、中度贫血的母体其相应新生儿脐血的ＲＢＣ参数结果均在正常范围，且脐血中Ｈｂ含量丰富。脐血中原、幼细胞及幼稚网织ＲＢＣ的存在，且有较多的早期原始细胞的论证，为应用脐血进行“输注”和“移植”提供了又一有力的证据。
Through the observation of maternal blood and umbilical cord blood components, umbilical cord blood components were proved to be unaffected by maternal anemia. Regardless of normal maternal or mild, moderate anemia in the corresponding neonatal cord blood RBC parameters of the results were in the normal range, and Hb levels in cord blood rich. Umbilical cord blood of the mesogeny, juvenile cells and naive reticulated RBC exist, and there is more evidence of early primitive cells, umbilical cord blood for “infusion” and “transplantation” provides another strong proof.
