本文报导对二甲氨基苯酚盐酸盐(DMAP·HCl)、对氨基苯丙酮盐酸盐(PAPP·HCl)、依地酸二钴(Co_2EDTA)、亚硝酸钠(NaNO_2)和硫代硫酸钠(Na_2S_2O_3)对小白鼠抗氰化钠中毒的治疗指数,并比较了各抗毒剂单用和两药合用的抗氰效价。 小白鼠腹腔注射Na_2S_2O_3的急性LD_(50)大于5g/kg,其它4药的LD_(50)值按下列次序递降:PAPP·HCl>Co_2EDTA>NaNO_2>DMAP·HCl。各抗毒剂对抗氰化钠中毒的治疗指数,以PAPP·HCl最高(36.8),其次是Na_2S_2O_3(10.6)、NaNO_2(4.9)、Co_2EDTA(3.7),DMAP·HCl最小(2.7)。 各抗毒剂采用等毒性剂量单用时,以Na_2S_2O_3的抗氰效价为最高,其次是PAPP·HCl和Co_2-EDTA,NaNO_2和DMAP·HCl的效价较差。将这些药物随意地以两药合用配成9组,除Co_2EDTA和DMAP·HCl合用组外,两药合用的抗氰作用都比单药的强。这9组抗氰效价高低的顺序是:“Na_2S_2O_3+PAPP”或“Na_2S_2O_3+PAPP·HCl”>“Na_2S_2O_3+DMAP·HCl”>“Na_2S_2O_3+Co_2EDTA”>“Na_2S_2O_3+NaNO_2”>“Co_2EDTA+NaNO_2”>“DMAP·HCl+PAPP·HCl”>“DMAP·HCl+PAPP”>“Co_2EDTA+DMAP·HCl”。
This paper reports the effects of p-dimethylaminophenol hydrochloride (DMAP · HCl), p-aminophenylpropanone hydrochloride (PAPP · HCl), co_2EDTA, NaNO_2 and sodium thiosulfate Na_2S_2O_3) on mice treated with sodium cyanide poisoning index, and compared the anti-toxic single and two anti-cyanide titer. The acute LD50 of intraperitoneal injection of Na_2S_2O_3 in mice was more than 5g / kg. The LD_ (50) values of other four drugs descended in the following order: PAPP · HCl> Co_2EDTA> NaNO_2> DMAP · HCl. The antitoxic agents against sodium cyanide poisoning index, the highest PAPP · HCl (36.8), followed by Na_2S_2O_3 (10.6), NaNO_2 (4.9), Co_2EDTA (3.7), DMAP · HCl minimum (2.7). The antitoxic potency of Na2S2O3 was the highest, followed by PAPP · HCl and Co2-EDTA, while the titer of NaNO_2 and DMAP · HCl was worse when each antitoxicant was treated with the same toxic dose. These drugs were arbitrarily combined into two groups of nine drugs, with the exception of Co_2EDTA and DMAP · HCl combination group, the two drugs combined with the role of anti-cyanide stronger than single drug. The order of the anti-cyanide titers of these 9 groups was: “Na2S2Os + PAPP” or “Na2S2Os + PAPP HCl”> “Na2S2O3 + DMAP HCl”> “Na2S2O3 + Co2EDTA”> “Na2S2O3 + NaNO2”> Co2EDTA + NaNO2 “>” DMAP · HCl + PAPP · HCl “>” DMAP · HCl + PAPP “>” Co_2EDTA + DMAP · HCl ".
