选拔干部坚持政治标准是党的干部政策的一贯主张。本文概要回顾了邓小平在不同历史时期关于干部政治标准的主要思想观点;分析了把政治条件作为选拔任用干部的首要标准,是实现党的政治路线、巩固发展社会主义制度、维护党和国家长治久安的基本保证;提出了坚定正确的政治方向、较高的马克思主义理论水平、牢固的宗旨理念和群众观点、严守纪律和顾全大局的党性修养等干部政治标准及具体要求。
The selection of cadres to adhere to the political standards is the consistent advocacy of the party’s cadre policy. This paper reviews the main ideas of Deng Xiaoping at different historical periods about the political standards of cadres. It analyzes the primary criteria of using political conditions as the basis for selecting and appointing cadres. It is to realize the party’s political line, consolidate and develop the socialist system, and safeguard the long-term peace and stability of the party and the country The basic guarantees; put forward the resolute and correct political direction, a higher theoretical level of Marxism, a firm concept of purpose and popular opinion, strict discipline and overall situation of party spirit and other political standards and specific requirements of cadres.
