患者,男,52岁。因喉痛、吞咽困难1天加重伴呼吸困难2小时来门诊就诊。患者2天前受凉后喉痛,随后感吞咽困难,无发热及全身不适,自服螺旋霉素2片无效。2小时前感喉痛、吞咽困难更剧伴呼吸困难而来院急诊。检查:呼吸加快、端坐,不能平卧、面出冷汗、唇指微发绀。含物样发音。会厌舌面充血、肿胀呈半球形、不能抬举。立即由医生陪同入院。入院途中患者突然紫绀明显,随后呼吸、心跳停止,急行人工呼吸、胸外心脏按摩,终因呼吸、心跳不能复苏,抢救无效死亡。急性会厌炎是喉科急重症之一。主要表现为会厌及会厌襞的急性水肿伴有蜂窝织炎
