目的了解福建省各级各类医疗机构法定传染病疫情网络报告管理质量。方法 2011年对全省部分医疗机构法定传染病报告管理情况进行调查。结果《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》运行8年后,福建省医疗机构法定传染病疫情网络报告管理工作仍存在零、缺报问题,不同地区管理质量不均衡。结论应加强医疗机构法定传染病疫情报告管理工作,做到规范化、持续化和常态化,提高传染病疫情报告管理工作质量。
Objective To understand the quality of the network reporting management of notifiable infectious diseases in all kinds of medical institutions in Fujian Province. Methods In 2011, some cases of notifiable infectious diseases reported in some medical institutions in the province were investigated. Results Eight years after the operation of “China Disease Prevention and Control Information System”, the management of notifiable and still undeclared reports of notifiable infectious diseases in medical institutions in Fujian Province still exists, and the quality of management in different regions is not balanced. Conclusion The management of notifiable infectious disease reports in medical institutions should be strengthened to achieve standardization, continuity and normalization so as to improve the quality of the reporting and management of infectious disease outbreaks.
