农村基层党组织是党在农村的全部工作和战斗力的基础,其执政能力的高低,直接关系到农村的改革、发展和稳定,关系到党在农村执政地位的巩固,因此,必须把加强党的基层工作作为提高党的执政能力的重要环节。提高农村基层党组织的执政能力,关键是提高其发展经济的能力,核心是增加农民收入,前提是加强农村基层党组织建设。只有搞好农村基层党组织建设,才能发挥基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用,才能切实有效地增加农民收入,也才能真正促进农村经济的健康快速发展。
Rural grass-roots party organizations are the basis for all the party’s work and combat effectiveness in rural areas.
