2014年我国大学生党员数量已近290万,占到当年新发展党员人数的1/3,这个比例之大客观反映了当前大学生党建工作的重要性,国防生作为当代大学生的一个特殊群体,发展比例相对较大,一些签约高校国防生党员发展比例高达80%,如何在这种形势下创新国防生的党建工作成为摆在广大国防生党务工作者面前的一大课题。
