为使膀胱肿瘤患者得到最简便、有效的治疗，本组对３０例膀胱肿瘤实施经尿道切除术，随访３～１２月，无一例死亡，复发４例。介绍了不同部位肿瘤的切除体会及术后处理要点，讨论经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术（ＴＵＲＢｔ）适应症的选择及并发症的预防。经尿道切除浅表膀胱肿瘤痛苦少、疗效好、不向膀胱外种植，是值得推广的腔内手术方法。
In order to get the most simple and effective treatment of patients with bladder cancer, the group of 30 cases of bladder cancer transurethral resection, followed up for 3 to 12 months, no one died, 4 cases of recurrence. The experience of excision and postoperative management of different parts of the tumor was introduced. The choice of indications for TURBT and the prevention of complications were discussed. Transurethral resection of superficial bladder tumor less pain, good effect, not to the bladder outside the implant, it is worth promoting the method of endovascular surgery.
