2003年12月28至29日,贵州省第五次民族团结进步经验交流暨表彰大会在贵阳举行。 大会回顾和总结了近五年来我省民族团结进步事业以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导所取得的成绩,提出了进一步提高认识,统一思想、与时俱进、开拓创新、努力把我省民族工作提高天一个新术平,更好地团结全省各族人民为全面建设小康社会、推进富民兴黔事业而不懈奋斗的新要求、大会表彰了117个民族团结先进集体和131名先进个人。
